How do I access the link for transfer student events? On my portal under events I only see one banner that reads New Anteaters Virtual Info Session, Click here to Register and when I click it says there are no available events to display for this date
Does anyone know if there’s a penalty for taking major prep in the spring quarter. One year transfer here, and I can’t help but think that I’ll be marked down for this.
That’s weird. It’s telling me to register but I don’t see any banners under events. It’s just blank… All I see is a “Explore UCI” on the side
Does any other regular applicant have an update to their financial aid? I logged onto the financial aid portal and received a new section labeled " my aid award " that was not there a few days ago and the message when I click on this is “Your file is complete and we are expecting to begin awarding financial aid in mid-May. You will receive notification from us once your award information is available.” Does everyone have that???

I received an email from UCI’s financial aid office back on March 4th. The title of the email is “IMPORTANT Information About Your 2020-21 Financial Aid Application At UC Irvine,” on this email it gives me a link and how to set up my financial aid portal, I’ve been checking that regularly too and I just wanted to ask if everyone received the same update I did recently

Yes. I attended UCI’s Financial Aid web event today and the counselor said transfers get their financial aid awards in May. We’ve got to wait a bit more >_<;

Everyone will have the same message. The financial aid department is completely separate from admissions, so it has nothing to do with whether or not you were accepted. You will just have a wait a while longer for your official admission decision.

i didnt take one of the required courses for UCI bc on assist, it says “no course articulated”. i also did not mention why i didnt take it on UC application bc so many ppl told me that the UC’s would understand. anybody in the same position as i am?
A lot of classes are like that I don’t think you should worry about it unless there’s a CC near you that yo could have taken it at
