anyone hear about any movement on the waitlist since its approaching closer to the SIR deadline
I know a friend who got off the waitlist at UCSB, but I would assume that the vast majority of accepted waitlisted students will get their decisions in the week or so following the SIR deadline. Just hold on for a little while longer hopefully!

Yes, there were some Engineering admits on April 18 but CS. No other waitlist admits posted.

Not me (already committed Irvine CS), but my friend just got off for CS!
As far as I can tell, decisions arenāt coming out based on major or college, which is interesting compared to other UCs like LA
