I’m curious which people think is more prestigious: the UC or Jesuit system? eg. Georgetown / Boston College vs. Cal Berkeley, or UC Santa Cruz vs. Seattle University. What do you think?

Prestige is subjective. Everyone will have a different opinion.
Go for fit rather than a stranger’s idea of what is more prestigious. There are important differences between the schools you are comparing. If prestige is the biggest thing you can just go by the USNWR rankings – that is as good as anything.
In California, the UCs are going to have more prestige than the Jesuit schools mentioned. Around Boston and DC, it could easily be the other way around.
