<p>Hi, my name is Susan I dont know how to post a problem individually so I’m just writing it here in your comment box maybe u could tell me how. Anyways I have the same problem like you. I’m writing my personal statements right now. And I dont know whats wrong with me I am an editor in chief of my high schools news paper , but right now I;m just like in SHOCK i cant write, but I’ve thought about what I want to say and have it all planed out but I just cant write it! For example for the first question I want to say I participated in CAL- SOAP and everything I did in the program, but it’s sooo many things I dont know how to write it all in 300 words. I mean should I write abou the program or about everything I did. Welll… here it is read it and tell me what Im doing wrong I have 2 more 2 go and i need to have them by monday

I distinctly remember that my interest in becoming involved in Cal- Soap began in eight grade, when I put pen to paper and took the initiative to apply. Since then I have taken advantage of all the resources the California Student Opportunity and Access Program, has had to offer.
Beginning my freshmen year when I was placed in an Academic preparation class with college tutors. There I learned how to manage my time, reading and note taking skills, but overall the necessary skills to succeed in High school. That same year we visited Stanford University were I was able to visit the Chicano Center and get an idea of what I wanted to be involved in when I went to a University. Over the summer I participated in a two-week residential program in UC Santa Cruz to improve my skills in the areas of critical thinking and science.
The following year we toured CSUM and throughout the year had workshops were representatives from various Universities visited including: UC San Diego, Chapman, Dominican, and CSUM. I also attended a college fair were I was able to met experts in the field of communications.
My junior year I went on a tour to the Southern Universities were I was able to visit CSUC, UCSB, UC LA, USC, CSUSD, UCSD, and UCI. When I was struggling with Algebra II I recurred to cal-soap tutoring. The college and career was the place were I obtained much of the information I need on Universities and were I received SAT fee waivers.
This year I am looking forward for an upcoming Northern Universities tour. I will apply to EAOP because its programs like these that I need to get me through college.</p>
