Please follow the instructions in the link posted by @gumbymom and do NOT post your essay on any public site. After a volunteer reader offers to help, they will private message you and then you can share your essay privately.
And note that you can only have a maximum of two essays reviewed and I believe you have already reached your limit on this site.
