UC San Diego 2025 Portal Astrology

Are you sure this is not just something the page has in the backlog as one of the possible outcomes?

Nobody knows. I just looked it up following the person above and I don’t even know if this can determine the result. I just focused on the word “Accepted.”
Everything is just speculation and Look at my nickname. I’m not sure.

Well, good luck on UCSD

Anyone who has ever even casually built a webpage with a stylesheet is quite sure it is there for everyone to provide the styling if that section is called at some point

That is why I didn’t think the CSS stuff meant anything. Although I do wonder how legit the banner thing is.

I’ve never built a webpage but what you’re saying makes sense. The portal is built once and for all scenarios. Regardless, I also see line 406, “SECTION.container-admitted_student_survey” but won’t read much into it based on your technical note.

I continued scanning the CSS tab to see what all the hidden containers say and there are some interesting lines of code starting around 1681
does everyone see this too? Perhaps if you combine this new info with the whole “banner disappearing” astrology methodology, we can divine some glimpse of the future. We can’t change it but at least help reduce the anxiety for some folks

i have the exact same code with you

What might be interesting to do is to compare it against UCM, UCR, UCSC, and UCD portals for those who have been fortunate enough to get accepted and can share those insights.

I did a quick compare against UCD portal and it appears that each campus builds their site differently so it’s not like comparing apples to apples. See example

the CSS definitely just shows up for everyone, something more solid would be the HTML

yep, did that. nothing of that sort came up

hey I see this as well, does this happen to appear for everyone?

Probably, it appeared for me.

are you saying that after you refreshed the CSS and searched for “accept” you didn’t see anything?

  1. Go to ur portal
  2. Mouse right click on the blank and click inspect and go to network tab.
  3. And refresh the website and click ‘filter’ and type ‘css’
  4. then click ‘portal-applicant.css’ and click ‘preview’ on the header.
  5. And Ctrl + F and search admit or accept
