Take a pic of your portal; if it is this Friday, should see changes starting anytime soonā¦
yep best of luck to everyone!
I saw several accept_your_offer module in the code after following these steps. Thanks for sharing! Itās such a technical safari for me.
I see accepts and admits too in my code! I hope the portal astrology is true!
Like what kind of changes to look for?
Iām pretty sure the accept your offer and admits in the code is for everyone⦠Iām not sure tho.. do you think that the navbar disappearing was an indicator of admits/waitlists/reject.. or do u think itāll happen again ?
The portal changes in various ways. Take a look at last yearās portal astrology thread, or the discussion earlier in this thread.
Most of the changes, like the withdrawal option or the top banner going away signal how close the decision release is. Other differences, timing or process, potentially signal accepted, waitlisted, or rejected groupings. This is what portal astrology is all about.

When you guys inspect the portal, and go to the āNetworkā tab, select the āJSā section, and click on āsmartscript.jsā, under the āVaryā section, do you see āaccept-encodingā?
nvm, everyone has this. Itās simple js coding
Not seeing any changes in the portal yet.
Probably the portal changes seen over last 3 weeks was it (nav bar appearing and disappearing) and decisions are loaded already. And no more portal changes will happen now till decision time tomorrow.
Do all of you guys see the accept you offer thing when you click inspect?
Everybody can see that Iām pretty sure
In the past, there was much more than just the nav bar flickering.
I may be completely wrong, but iād bet we see them shut down some functionality, to minimize site downtime/outages during the release itself.
Weāll seeā¦
