<p>So I was admitted to Muir college and was congratulated on getting into the college of engineering. However, on the online portal note thing they only mentioned the chemical engineering major and not the biomedical engineering which was my first choice. Does this mean I didnt get in to the biomedical engineering? I couldn’t imagine that since they are both in the same college of engineering right? I haven’t gotten my official admit packet yet but plan to soon just wondering if anyone knew anything about this. Thank you!</p>

Perhaps it’s because biomed eng is more competitive?</p>
<p>Anyways, if you got in both, they will mention it.
Take myself as a example, I was notified that I got in both Biochemistry (1st choice) and Cell Biology (2nd choice) when I check my admission status.</p>
