S24 received same email and so did S23 (I went back to check - he never deletes email). The wording on both was the same including summer edge and “hope to see you in fall”. S23 was initially waitlisted then admitted. I do not think it means anything just a mass email.
son also received same email
Two years ago S22 received an early acceptance for ucsc on the last Friday in February (evening of 2/25) Wonder if any acceptances will be posted today or maybe next week? Waiting alongside D24.
I think last yr it was 2/27
Some admits posted February 27, 2023; remaining decisions posted on March 15, 2023.
any chance there will be decisions today? my brother applied and hoping for the best
The million dollar question??? It could be anytime between now and March.
Well today is Feb 27th. I keep checking my email every 10 minutes for any emails from UCSC. Did anyone else get anything?
Nothing yet
Nothing for my D24 either
It’s been quiet… too quiet
The admissions portal says decisions will start at the end of February, so at least some early decisions will come out either on 2/28 or 2/29, right? (since nothing came out today)
Hopefully. Let’s wait.
Still nothing?
Nope. Not here atleast.
I think they’re messing with us. I bet someone from the admission committee is reading this thread right now.
Let’s hope today is the day. really hoping my little brother gets in. - a UCSD student
if today is the day, what time would decisions be released?
If they post decisions, it is usually between 3-5 PM PST but could be anytime after 12.
Guys it’s out for me! Accepted for Biomolecular Eng and Bioinformatics. All the best for y’all
