Anyone admitted off the waitlist last week? I am still waiting, so should I give up?

We are still on the waitlist here too. Ridiculous!
Talked to admissions today, they said if you arenât accepted they could not say anything or you will get a rejection on august 1st. If you are accepted, you will hear back by July 31st.

i havenât heard anything but they might still be releasing decisions by last name. I have an S last name so I assume if I hear anything Iâd hear by 9 tonight.
has anyone heard back? all this waiting is making me anxious as im sure it is for other students who just want to figure out their path for college. shouldnât be giving kids hope that they have a chance just to not release decisions!

1:00pm on 8/1 and still no update!
Same here. I tried to call and ask about it this morning to get some clarity but the office of admissions was closed 
the automated voice recording when you call the office of admissions says theyll update waitlist on 8/2
