<p>I never understand what takes 3-5 weeks in this age of electronic data transfer, unless the College Board only transmits outstanding requests to a school on a predetermined day once or twice a month.</p>
<p>Their supposed 3-5 week delivery was a lie. Some colleges e-mailed me confirmation after a week, maybe a week-and-a-half. But even if that was an isolated case and people are thinking I’m delusional, rush delivery is, according to everyone I’ve spoken to, a waste of money.</p>

<p>same here…two weeks…CB probably says 3-4 weeks to cushion any adverse things that might happen…</p>
