<p>this year i have learned that both ucb and ucla are really random. it doesnt matter what the numbers say it matters more what else the application says. write some killer essays and beef up your ECs and you definitley have a shot! everyone at my high school ( i live in the bay area about 20min from ucb) was shocked at who got in and who didn’t. anyone who can sell themselves well has a shot at the UC system. good luck</p>
