UC Schools

As a California resident. I’m set on attending the UC Schools. What UC’s do I have a good chance of getting into? I’m looking at Santa Cruz or Santa Barbara as my top preferences.

SAT (1st attempt): 1820
ACT (1st attempt): 28
UC GPA: 3.96

Things about my life story that could help in holistic admissions: death of mother from breast cancer when in the fifth grade, familial abuse, psychological problems (OCD, anxiety, depression), distant from father, parents divorced at sixth months. I live with my grandparents and she’s going to have to pay for three of us to go to college while making no more than 50k a year.
