<p>So this year once again the UC server crashed on the eve of application deadline. Last year there were posts asking if the server really crashes due to overloads. I posted that it indeed does. Now there are a bunch of panicking kids on CC. If your kid is applying to the UCs in the future please pay attention. The UC server does and will crash. Do not let your child wait until the 11th hour.</p>
<p>Good advice. I’d get the application in no later than three days before it’s due.</p>
<p>btw: the UCs still accept harcopy, so a midnight trip to the PO is still acceptable.</p>
