UC Stereotypes

Hey guys!
Currently, I am not sure what UC I want to attend to in the future because I haven’t gotten familiar with any of them yet.
All I really know is some of the basic stereotypes or facts like UCLA has a lot of Asians, UCI doesn’t have sport teams, or UCSB is a party school. I just wanted to know some more about these universities to see which I fit into and which I would like to attend in the future.

Do you guys have any info on the UC colleges like campus life, how is it socially, demographics, what it is known for, etc.?

I think this writer did a good job of a general overview:

Some good comments:

UCSB had a really laid-back beach vibe with a ton of school spirit (especially soccer and basketball games). Fun and friendly rivalry against Cal Poly SLO. I found the student body to be especially friendly. The Isla Vista community (where all the students live) is completely walkable and a true college town. I’m not a huge partier but I am social and found myself enjoying lots of evenings hanging at friend’s apartments, attending concerts in the park, etc. UCSB is generally in the top 10 for “happiest students” and I absolutely loved it there. The on-campus buildings and dorms aren’t the best, but you’re only in the dorms 1 year and the community and location are awesome!
