I am trying to register a userID on the UC onlin application but it keeps telling me “A Temporary Error Encountered” except…this temporary error has been more than temporary…more like 2 days. Any suggestions on what I should do? I emailed the UC Pathways Technical Support yesterday. Just trying to transfer my paper documents to the online so I can send it out. Does anyone know how to fix this?

<p>You can try calling if they are open today. Son had a problem last yr & it fixed itself when UC openned up his file. But, he called early in the month.</p>
<p>The question is whether this a common problem being faced by others or is just you? If others have it, it is a UC system problem and it needs to fix it, which hopefully it will do after enough people contact it. If it is just you, then your computer is doing something to block the transmission. If that is the case, you might try doing the app on another computer if you cannot determine the problem. Note, UC will likely not have the answer if it is a problem with your computer and you will need to call your own computer’s technical service. One thing to try, if you have security software, e.g., like ZoneAlarm, is to see if it is doing the blocking (e.g., have you set it up to block sending of personal information such as your SSN) perhaps by just turning the software off and see if you can make the entry.</p>
