Unfortunately I need to withdraw from UC in my senior year because
of my bad academic performance in junior year.
Would any CSU accept the credits from UC so that I can graduate from a CSU as early possible?

Any parent has to go through this for his/her kid? if so, what is the process?

Not a UC to CSU situation, but I know that my son’s CSU accepted courses with a D grade from a private LAC for transfer credit. I was surprised at that, and in hindsight it was not a good thing for my son’s CSU GPA – he would have graduated with honors had it not been for the transfer credit bringing the GPA down. But at the time he was just looking at fulfilling various Gen Ed requirements.

The policies may vary from one CSU to another. But the basic procedure would be to apply to the CSU as a transfer student, and then work with the administration in terms of resolving any questions as to what courses would be given credit.
