UC vs Penn vs Cornell?

Sorry for another thread about comparing universities. I’m from overseas and I am considering going on exchange to one of the above institutions. I am in my first year at university doing biomedical science degree and I’m wondering which of those unis have the best biological/biomedical science programs. Also what are the reputations of these universities generally? I know this is a really shallow question but I guess plays a part in every person’s higher education decision making. I have heard UC a lot but the other two are Ivies, so how important is this factor in USA and globally in the workforce?

Thanks in advance for all answers/contributions.

Which UC are we talking about particularly. UCLA? Berkeley? Unless it’s one of the two it is not worth going as an international student. I think I would choose between the Ivies.

I’m not sure which of the UC campuses are better for biomedical science. I suppose it would be the two you’ve mentioned just because they have a better rep overall. But again I don’t know much about them aside from what’s given on their websites so I thought I’d ask here.
