Parent of twins who are waitlisted seemingly everywhere in the UC system (SD, LA, SB, Davis). One twin got into SB and one into Santa Cruz.
Curious what others think about how much waitlist movement there will be this year with the chaos that is the new FAFSA rollout and how the delayed SIR date will impact timing of admits off the waitlist. Too many factors to even list here.
I think like most things UC admissions related the impending waitlist movement is a mystery. The only thing I know for sure is that I don’t know.
I hope for so many kids, the waitlists move with gusto, but we’ll just have to wait see.
