<p>As an incoming transfer student this fall, I am faced with finding classes to fill my schedules. My major is MCB emphasis in Immunology. I have thought about double majoring in another science, but I’m thinking it would just be too hard and time consuming. This leaves me with finding filler classes. The advisers at ucb told me to just take classes I am interested in. The thing is I can only take lower division courses outside of science majors because I did not take all the lower divs that make me eligible for upper divs right? I am very interested in theatre and thought that I could take some classes in taht subject. For some certain courses I realize you have to audition, which is horrible because how am I suppose to compete with all the theatre majors? Should I not even try with theatre? Other than that, can anyone suggest some good filler courses? And how far should i exactly veer from my chosen major because I want to take their scuba diving course too! sounds fun! Thanks!</p>

<p>You can basically take whatever interests you. A handful of classes you take at Cal are electives.</p>
<p>Have you completed TOOLS? That would help you figure out what you want to take for the quarter.</p>

<p>I already registered for my Fall classes. I just went into my major department and asked for an AC CODE for my major. They won’t give you this code over the phone. I wanted to register early because there were already over 100 students on the waitlist and only about 50 reserved spots for transfers in some of te courses I wanted. …so yeah you could probably do the same.</p>
