It’s come down to between Davis and Berkeley for me. I am a political science major seeking to double in economics and was just wondering if anyone had any insight on undergraduate research at either of these schools. Just from what I’ve skimmed through on their websites, it seems like Davis has a well established practice of both independent research and research assistance. Also, some people have said it is almost impossible to find professors at UCB to participate in UR with. Again, these are just things I’ve heard, so it would be really helpful for someone with experience to chime in!
