UCD Admissions - Editing certain parts of application?

“Kaiser Permanente” was one of the five community service entries I had on my application. After I had submitted my application, I realized that colleges may find an inconsistency. I was apart of the application process to become a volunteer - I attended orientation, the interview, and then the training after I made it - and I had served time there. However, soon my schedule and my shift at the lab conflicted with each other and I had to quit. If the manager of the program considered this a termination, she may have deleted me from the volunteer roster.

If colleges check this and think that I lied on this part of my application, will I not be granted acceptance?
Is there anyway I can edit this and take it out? Because I don’t want something like this to hamper my chances at a UC.

Thank you for your help.

P.S. If there is nothing I can do, what are the chances that a college will background check your application? 1 in 10?

I wouldn’t be concerned. If you happen to be randomly selected for verification a training manual that you might still have or a letter from the manager or program will suffice. This would require that they at least remember that you went through the training and some work with them. If you get selected for verification I’m sure you’ll find something to verify this experience.
