I am a transfer student.I would like to know What are the benefits of going to the UCD Orientation?
You register and get to know the campus and meet fellow aggies.
It might sound menial to attend, but I would recommend going. My gf met a really important friend at her orientation to Berkeley that I had to convince her to go to. And while registration assistance might seem unnecessary, I would rather have the chance to go over my academic plans with a professional at the campus who can ensure I am doing the right thing with my limited time.
