UCF vs. FIU? Majoring in Film/Biology

Hello everyone, My name is matthew and I'm currently a senior at Ferguson High school in Miami, Florida. My life term goal is to be a major component in the film industry and live my dreams. However, knowing that naything could go wrong, I also want to take the advantage and major in Biology just in case. Doing so, I applied to a couple of colleges and I got into
FIU (miami), FSU (tallahasse) and UCF (orlando).

I would choose FSU off the bat, however, I never got around to applying to their epic film program and they didnt supply enough finacial aid.

Heres the finacial aid that UCF is giving me:

Est Acad Comp Grant 1st Year Grant 750.00
Estimated Federal Pell Grant Grant 5,550.00
BF Florida Medallion Sch Spr Scholarship 1,330.00
BF Florida Medallion Sch Fall Scholarship 1,330.00
FL Student Assistance Grant Grant 1,600.00
Fed Suppl Ed Opportunity Grant Grant 1,200.00

Fall/SpringYear Totals: 11, 760

and this is what FIU is giving me:

Federal Pell Grant Grant 5,550.00
Tuition Differential Grant Grant 750.00
Estimated ACG1 Grant 750.00
Federal SEOG Grant 724.00
FL Student Assistance Grant Grant 1,900.00
Estimate FL Medallion Schol-FA Scholarship 1,362.00
Estimate FL Medallion Schol-SP Scholarship 1,362.00

Fall & Spring Totals 12,398.00

In basic hindsight,
I want to know which school will benefit me better in film and in biology...

Although, on a side note. I got accepted into the summer term at UCF and the fall term at FIU.

I do appreciate any insight and help on deciding where to go.

If I was to go to ucf, I would have to live on campus..which can be a bit more expensive..

Please help me with some advice, greatly appreciated!

Go to FSU and apply for the film school next year. The support and prospects presented by the FSU film school and general science strength outweigh the other financial incentives.
