I donāt want to argue but as a Mom whoās been through this I just want you to understand that there are so many people applying to colleges with good stats these days that that is not what gets you in. It truly is so much more nuanced, with the admissions people trying to find some mystery mix of personalities and strengths in a class. I just donāt want you to be disappointed- you can be perfectly qualified (high stats etc) and not get in. It does not mean anything about you, but about what mix they were trying to create.
