Uchicago urgent question

Is it true that the University of Chicago doesn’t award A+s?

And I have a non-academic letter of recommendation from a politician (whom I interned with). Do you recommend I send it in as well? There is no place on the common app website so I’m assuming that the politicians office would just send it to UChicago manually? From what I can tell, it’s a pretty strong letter.

I would greatly appreciate any responses as soon as possible, since I am applying early action!
Thanks in advance!

Sorry I do not have answers to your questions; but I would suggest you post your questions at the University of Chicago forum; my guess is that there is a better chance your questions may get answered quicker there. Good luck with your early app.

I have no idea about A+ grades at the U of C, but what difference does it make?

Yes, you should have the politician’s letter sent in via snail mail. Providing a stamped, addressed envelope for them to do so is a good idea.
