<p>uhhhmm - kind of strange, but for those that got accepted - other than an email notifying such, has anyone actually been MAILED any papers? it’s been like, a week and a half since i was accepted, and i’m just…sort of sitting here fretting.</p>
<p>Did you get an email or anything? I just checked again and it’s still pending.</p>
<p>That thread is for high school graduates I think, would be different for us, esp since they are trying to increase the transfer:freshman ratio.</p>

aww I’m sorry about that. Do you have any back up plans? I hate being waitlisted because we all have to wait again to hear if we get in or not. My anxiety is gonna be even worse than the past 2 weeks</p>

Just about UCI admitting too many people. And then they waited it out and accepted the few students whom they could and waitlisted the rest of us.</p>
<p>But ■■■ if I don’t get a B in my Physics class, Cal told me I would definitely be rescinded. Then it’s off to UCR I go lol</p>

<p>Being waitlisted means that if people tend to decline UCI admission for your particular major, at the SIR deadline, they will be able to see if they have any available spots for you. Didn’t someone say that last year NO ONE on the waitlist ended up getting accepted?</p>

<p>omg do well in your Physics class. I got rescinded from UCLA because I did poorly in my physics class last year. </p>
<p>As a chem major, I’m hoping people are going somewhere else lol</p>
<p>sweetlace I WROTE THE WORST STATEMENT EVER. honestly. hands down mine has to be worse than yours i didnt proof read it and the mac i was on only had that stupid text edit and it didnt even correct my grammar or spelling errors. I *<strong><em>ed up. I had other *</em></strong> on my mind though. UCI was a long shot for me, any school was. My gpa is decent but… *<strong><em>. idk what my next step is. no *</em></strong>ing idea.</p>
