Lol, this thread is hilarious. People need to chill out, we were just messing around with the dates and such; everything was just educated guesses. No need to get your panties in a bunch :P

Embarrassing myself? That’s a bit judgmental and overstated, no? I would hardly say I embarrassed myself. I set out to make a thread about my perspective of what the UCI decision dates were and I think I provided relevant and accurate information that a few have found useful in here. Was the delivery a bit coarse? Maybe, but no one’s really disproven the original premise of the thread, only attacked its deliverer. I’d say I achieved what I intended to and it was completely relevant to the content of this forum. Is that something to be embarrassed about? Hardly. I’m sorry you can’t appreciate what I had to say in this thread, but there were those that found it useful so I can’t say I have much to be embarrassed about.

If you were the least bit objective, perhaps you may have seen that the point when the dicussion deviated from being about college admissions was when someone chose to disparage me about a few misspelled words. I simply defended myself by pointing out how that person’s grasp of the English grammatical form and spelling were even more questionable. And when I pointed out that irony, you decided to jump into a dicussion in which you weren’t even apart of to accuse me of being elitist because I defended my myself? You’re kidding, right? I know you have an agenda to stand up for your buddy, but at least try to make the illusion of objectivity convincing. I’m being elitist by pointing out that I had used the correct spelling of the phrase “ad hominem”, but it’s perfectly justified when another person unprovokedly jumps in to accuse me of misspelling it in the first place? Double standard much? And I think if anyone needs to calm down it’s you. Sure, some of my comments could have been indirectly condescending, but you’re the one completely overreacting by jumping into an argument that doesn’t concern you. Which doesn’t seem to stop you from thinking it does.

Anyway, going back to your statement of being embarrassed, I couldn’t be less so. I think what’s more embarrassing is self-righteously jumping into a dicussion in which you’re not apart of and instead of providing an unbiased perspective to achieve some sort of resolution, instead choose to sanctimoniously criticize the one party that was hardly at fault. However, that still doesn’t compare to the embarrassment of feeling justified in deliberately attacking someone based on a subject in which you know nothing about. Or the cowardice of instigating arguments with irrelevant personal attacks and then running away at the first sign of being contradicted.

Lol, when did CC become so cliquey? When did UCkittychan become head cheerleader of CC high with her squad of mean girls on patrol to jump in and defend her in hallway scuffles she started, but can’t handle?

@aust1nku It was so cool I didn’t even bother to read it after the first two sentences on his latest post. BruinsRule sounds like such a nice and humble person to talk to.

@ ThePavin I was planning on dorming, but then i saw how much it costs and i heard not to many transfers dorm. so i might get an apartment since its cheaper :D

I have a question… if you get a change in your coursed plans (original TAU), when do you notify the schools by? our school has till next week for people trying to add their needed classes to fulfill their IGETC, and I am still in the process of adding (its not definite yet) and I don’t want the worse to happen if I do get a acceptance letter and then submit a change of course plans and things turn out differently :(
