UCI Email Forwarding Gmail / Google APP

<p>I have some questions relating to webmail forwarding!</p>

<ol>
<li><p>Is there a lag time when forwarding incoming emails from uci webmails to a gmail account? If so, how long is the lag/is it that bad?</p></li>
<li><p>Has anyone started using the Google Apps for UCI? [Google</a> Apps for UCI](<a href=“http://www.oit.uci.edu/googleapps/]Google”>http://www.oit.uci.edu/googleapps/)
It seems a little silly now, since people already do those things on their personal gmail account. But is there the same lag time if you forward webmail emails to there?</p></li>

<p>Basically I’m just deciding whether or not to forward emails to my personal gmail account, or start using the Google Apps thing.</p>

<p>I currently use UCI gmail, and I love it! It’s so much better than the crappy looking webmail. I havent noticed any lag time getting incoming emails though.</p>
