UCI Freshman Parking and dorms

Are Freshmans allowed to bring their cars? How hard is it to get a single?

yes. I would imagine it would be kinda tough to get a single.

yes to bringing cars?
Can you choose ur dorm mates?

yes you can bring your own cars its about $600 though… and i would imagine that you can pick your dorm mate

woot~ cars~ i wanna go back every week or two… lol and eat my mommy’s foood~~ o.O

Residential halls are they coed? or…? how are they set up?

mesa court: coed buildings, single sex suite

some of middle earth are set up like MC halls, some are mixed i think?

hmm ~~

shoefactory, what do you mean by mixed?

when i went to a friends dorm, it was coed buildings but seperated by sex. so the first floor might be males, the second females and so on. but at USC, its coed floors so one side is male another side is female. if ============ is the residential hall, then the left half would be males and the right half would be females or vice versa

awwwwwwwww :(

… what!! coed buildings but separated by sex >.< aww… omg i want one side males other side females…

then go to USC LOL

didnt apply there… lol meh~…

ha well i want co-ed dorm ROOMS, but i guess that isn’t happening :(

coed dorm rooms? lol yea… i wish haha
coed floors at least…

parking far from residence halls?

I think that one side female one side male is Middle Earth.

At least that’s what I remember from last July. Going there again this Wednesday to check it out again.

alright^ thanks~ tell me more about it when you get back  I’m gonna find a day to visit too. someday…

For the distance from the residence halls to parking, it really isn’t that far. For some of the halls, you might be living really close to the parking structure (as you might hear the car alarms go off).

Also as to how the halls are split up, I’ll say that each hall has from 4-6 suites, each suite with maybe a maximum of seven rooms. There would be two suites per floor then. I’ll say that within each floor, there would be one suite that is co-ed and one suite that is a single gender. But that would probably depend on the hall you are placed at.

we’re allowed to party~~ on other suites~ right?~~ yayyay
