I Carry out analysis according to the section work plan. I Input results into the in house system. I Follow accredited methods of analysis as detailed in the quality manual. I Prioritize analysis according to customer requirements and ensure that all expectations associated with the submitted samples are met. I maintain the records for the methods used are kept up to date. I utilized ICP-MS and ICP-OES to analyze the metal concentrations within water samples.

My extracurricular activities include football (soccer), inline hockey and ice hockey. I play football for a Saturday league team. I have been playing inline hockey for more than 6 years and ice hockey for about 5 years. During my time here at Cambridge, I played ice hockey for Cambridge University for over three years on the Eskimo team and the team has won the varsity all three times that I have played. I also played inline (skater) hockey for Cambridge and during last season I was the manager. I thoroughly enjoy playing sport as it has enabled me to meet people from all over the world and it has given me the chance to travel throughout the UK and parts of Europe when playing tournaments, leagues and going to training camps. For the past four years I have been a member of the forensic science society at Anglia Ruskin University.
