I plan on going to CSULB as a biomedical engineer and then pursuing a PhD in biomedical engineering at a UC. I am interested in a career involving research on prosthetics, tissue engineering, ect… I got into UCI but I heard that engineering at UC’s is very theoretical and weeds students out. CSULB is more hands on, has more internship opportunities, and is less competitive giving me an upper hand. Is going to CSULB for undergrad and then a UCI for graduate school a good plan?
I’m in the same situation of choosing between these schools but for nursing!
Congrats!
i think you have a good read on both campuses and great plan lined up.
