UCI Rejection?

<p>Whenever I try to log into my UCI account, I don’t actually manage to get into the account. Instead my browser just remains blank with the above link showing in the address bar. </p>

<p>Does this mean that UCI has rejected and deleted my account or is it just a server based issue?</p>

<p>^^^^ You can try to log into it today. It was like that for me last night, and this morning it came up.</p>
