<p>Okay, so I’m going to try to appeal to UCLA & BERKELEY
I’m sending in my letter tomorrow…</p>

<p>and if I don’t get in… i’m going to UCI…
but I should do my SIR now if I want to get good housing… so what’s the rule on all this?
could i do my SIR to UCI and if i get accepted to LA/Berkeley… cancel my SIR to UCI and change it to UCLA/Berkeley?</p>

<p>Applying for housing is independent of submitting your SIR. Go ahead and apply for housing. They suggest you do this (applying for housing) while deciding on which UC to enroll in.</p>
