Nope, not true.^^ US immigration is very strict on employment.
Employers have to indicate to the government that there are no available US workers to fill a position before even attempting to fill that position with a non-citizen.
I don’t know where you are getting your information from, especially if you plan on doing biotech; assume employment in your home country because the jobs in biotech have not materialized.
Lots of US grads in biotech with no place to work.
