<p>My main concerns are that I will be a double Political Science and English major with a hopeful future in law or political journalism and I want to have fun in college. Social life is a factor but academics are the main focus of course. I also wouldn’t live on campus if I went to Irvine. I plan on joining the Greek system and other organizations wherever I go…</p>

<p>Berkeley has top English and Poli Sci departments.<br>
I also think the Greek system is more prevalent on the Berkeley campus than Irvine.</p>

<p>UCI is kinda quiet on weekends, and has more of a commuter feel. Apartments are so expensive in Irvine, that some kids share a house in the Beach town, but have to drive to the campus.</p>
<p>Cal has much greater spirit.</p>
