UCLA AP Score Issues

Hi,
I am an incoming freshman for the fall of 2012. I have some issues with my ap scores and i would like if someone could get me some answers to the questions i have. I realized on my answer sheet i put Westwood instead of Los Angeles in the city section of the college information. Will i have to do something about it even if i put the correct college code?

Also, while digging through my papers i realized just recently that on the score report sheet from last year, my name is spelled wrong. How can I change this and send a report with the right name to UCLA?

Also, I have lost my score report sheet from 2 years ago so is there any way to retrieve those scores and get those sent to UCLA if i don’t have my AP number?

And one last question, is there any way to check if UCLA has recieved any of your scores?

Thanks

I can offer an answer to your last question: you can go to myUCLA ([MyUCLA](http://my.ucla.edu/)), log in to your account, and check there to see if UCLA has received your AP Scores.

I actually put Westwood initially as well, but changed it to Los Angeles on the first day I took my exams. Seems like it’s a common misconception, haha.
