They sent some acceptances! they emailed saying that there was an update on the decision page…and there was 
good luck!

Never mind, it updated late last night. Rejected again
@Questionscollege That’s not true, as of Saturday morning they’re still reviewing me application? 
Mine’s still under review too…either we’re in the second wave depending on if the first wave accepts or not (although I don’t see why not because they wanted to get in) or maybe we’re rejected and they forgot about us…lol…
@AsianFilmmaker But has anyone actually gotten accepted? Just based on this thread I don’t see anyone who has.

@AsianFilmmaker We didn’t apply for financial aid.
People admitted off the wait list and appeals have 3 days to accept so I suspect ucla is going through waves of acceptances as some people in each wave decline so they know how many to accept in the next wave. So hang in there! Our deadline for SIR was Friday, so hopefully more responses will be forthcoming this week.

Rejected. Oh well…
Hi everyone! While waiting for a rejection/admittance from UCLA through appeal, I was religiously checking this post to see if anyone heard back. Sorry to everybody out there who is still in limbo, I hope you guys are put out of your misery soon. However, this morning I received my acceptance to UCLA school of letters and sciences as a Psychology major! I’m a transfer student, resulting in the acceptance coming later. But for future reference to you all, I have found that rejections come in the evening while acceptances come in morning. I got my acceptance around 7 a.m. Haha
Best of luck to every appeal applicant and in the words of Steve Jobs “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” And they will guys, mines did, so trust that they just will.
