My name is Adali, I’m a photographer and graduating senior from Los Angeles. I’m looking to pursue a career in photography/photojournalism. I’ve always wanted to be in NYC and have had my heart set on it since I was 12, but given the current state of the world I am unsure whether now is the time to move out there. Plus, I would be paying three times more at the New School (Parsons) than I would at UCLA - I’d almost certainly graduate with some debt from Parons but with no debt if I were to go to UCLA.
I’m looking for advice and input from students, particularly photographers from both Parsons and UCLA’s Art Department.
