UCLA Bar - for those questions that take less than 5 posts to answer...

What is ResFest? I can’t find any prior information on CC…or on the UCLA website.

Will Season tickets still be sold after its current $55 package for 5 games? i’d really like a Den T-shirt as well, but i don’t know if it’s available for purchase or not.

i have a discussion class for math on thursday before i get my first lecture. is it necessary to go to the discussion?

not really, it’ll probably be canceled

Probably not. Your TA should put out an e-mail telling people the class is cancelled but may neglect to do so. You probably won’t be missing much if you skip it even if there is a discussion.

I just spent an hour trying to put on a water filter on my faucet -_-;

Well, okay, it was one of those that had the threads on the outside so I thought I could just screw on the water filter. But it was a hair too small. So I tried one of the fittings that came with the filter, but it was too big for it. So I thought the threaded part on the faucet was removable, so I tried with all my might to take it off with a wrench. I even ate me spinach, but nope it did not budge. So I went super sayjin 3; blonde hair and blue eyes and all. Threw a kameahmeha, but that thing was tougher than freezar

So I went to my bathroom sink to see how that was all layout since it’s the same manufacturer of sinks and all…

In conclusion, the threaded part of on the faucet is not removable, so I either have to buy a fitting or a new faucet since I practically stripped the threads off of the kitchen sink

I’m tired, I need a power nap.

Moral of the ****ing story: use a rasengan or chidori.

I missed the Enormous Activities Fair because I was home. Will there be another event similar to this happening in the first few weeks? I really want to explore the clubs that are out there.

Just walk on Bruinwalk and the plaza and the countless flyers handed out.

so, the first day of classes is thursday right? just to confirm

yeahhhhhhh

where do i go to talk to a counselor about class questions…i took us hist at a CC and want to know if it fulfills any GE’s cuz i am talking Hist 20. and i dont wanna do that if i dont have to…
also apparantly i took math 32a/b at my CC but i dind’t get a high enough AP score to get out of 31 a/b so i am talking that again…but once i pass that class…they are forcing me to skip 32 a/b and go straight to 33a/b…the thing is…my math teacher was horrid and i didn’t learn anything in math 32…where can i go to talk about this…cuz i just want to start my math over.

I have a question that might have been asked in a topic somewhere, but since I’m in a hurry, here it goes:
I’m moving in on Friday morning but I haven’t gotten my Bruincard yet, do I NEED to go get a Bruincard first then get into my dorm? If that’s the only way, it might get too complicated because I’m moving in from abroad…

^ no, just have someone swipe you in to your building. Use your drivers lisence to obtain your room key

Just knock on the door, if no one opens it, throw a brick at it.
