your counselors, probably your current engineering counselor and that of the major you want to switch to.

lets trade places…
i wanna switch in XD

when should i be done w/ all of my lower div life science major courses? i’m planning phy sci major and english minor. premed too and planning to take mcats on time so there is no year off.

how is this winter 2009 schedule?:
physics 6B
chem 14d
(english 10B-conflicts with physics and chem so prolly eliminate )
ls 3 (prof not posted…i wonder who he/she’ll be)

*is it true that i can skip ls3 and take ls4 as of this year? i think that might be a rumor…

My debit card expired, and I won’t be getting a new one for 7-10 business days. If my housing payment is due today and I wait, how long will it take for me to get a hold on my account?

DWM,

Unfortunately, you have to take LS3 before LS4. I believe it’s a pre-req.
pseudointellect,

You can go to the housing office, explain your situation and you should be able to get an extension and then you won’t get a hold on your account.

I am thinking I want to take A&O 1 (climate change) and A&O 3 (intro to atmospheric environment) for my physical science GEs. Which is easier, with which should I take the accompanying lab? (B/c I have to take one phy-sci lab for GEs.) Or should I take an earth science if one of these is a difficult GE? Because I hate straight-up physics and chem classes.

And an update on alcohol and HMT:
- Still not drinking!
- HMT not as fun as I hoped, but not terrible. The professors and my TA are amazing. And Locke rocks my socks.
Still taking 21B next quarter.

just wait til you get to the spring seminar…

and realize that there’s no point taking it anymore because it no longer knocks out both writing IIs!

nah, jk. IF you get into a good seminar, it’s really fun. if you don’t… there’s no longer any point sticking with it. but 21b was a lot better than 21a because of the professor change. and i liked the material somewhat better. do i remember what it was? no, but that’s no longer relevant…

flip a coin…same ****

alright, polling places, where are they on campus? and if there are more than one on campus, can we go to any of them if we registered our dorm address?

they are in the dorms and you’re assigned to a certain one (just like you are in the real world).

good for you! you want a cookie?

they’re oatmeal raisin. :)

should i take chemistry 20 B and 20 L at the sametime?
or am i supposed to take 20 b now, and take 20 L next quarter?

Eyesack, I’m taking both at the same time.

I hate raisins! Why can’t they make just oatmeal cookies?! SERIOUSLY!

For res halls after 9pm, can any UCLA housing resident (say from De Neve or Sunset) swipe their BruinCard to get into the res halls, or must a resident from that particular res hall be present to accompany the visiting resident?

You will need to be a resident and be present to fill out paperwork.
