UCLA (bioengineering) vs USC (psychology)

<p>I got admission by UCLA (bioengineering) and USC (psychology). What should I choose? I heard that UCLA is more internationally recognised, but USC is rising fast.</p>

<p>Well you’d have to pick eventually, right? Why not bioengineering at UCLA with a psychology minor?</p>
