Hey all, I am transferring to a UC next Fall 2021. I am of course utilizing the TAG program, but am shooting to go for UCLA / Cal Mathematics. Here’s the deal. I never really took my initial college education seriously, so I have some bad grades and a few W’s. I spent a lot of time working, moved out, so I have a few years since high school graduation. But I have a really strong GPA at my community college (a well esteemed one near UCLA). I’m concerned that my initial college track record will hinder me from admissions at my dream school (UCLA). Here is my transcript, note honesty is very much appreciated. Please note that I work a job with a fairly prestigious organization that can attest to my working time.
