<p>So, I’m waiting for word from LA and Berkley (like most everyone else on this forum is at the moment), and I know it’ll be a while, but talking to other transfers who had things like internships at radio stations has me worried. My stats:</p>
<p>4.0 GPA all through
Deans List, took one of my major prereqs with honors (dunno if that makes a difference)
Phi Theta Kappa
Medium amount of ECs - president of Circle K, community service club, is the main one
I’d like to think my essays are very good - at the least, they’re polished
2 major prereqs missing - weren’t offered at any CCs in my area. <–What I’m most worried about
IGETC certified
I’m 17 as well, though I doubt that affects anything since I didn’t talk about it in my essays</p>
<p>Anyways, yeah. What do you guys think? I know Communication Studies is highly impacted at UCLA, and I’m scared out of my wits.</p>
