<p>I believe UCLA understands how hard is U Toronto for ChemE, yet do you want to go to a MEng (in which case tell us whether you want to do a thesis program or a non-theis program) or a PhD. </p>
<p>However, chancing for PhD programs is quite murky; other than “you have a chance” I can’t say more.</p>
