<p>I have sent my supplemental information for my
graduate applications to the following address (I found the website here:

<p>However, the supplemental information section of the graduate application
indicates a different address for supplemental materials (transcripts,
letters of recommendation):</p>

<p>I do not think the time frame will allow me to resend all my supplemental
information to the second address again. Will mail sent to Westwood Plaza
reach the department of chemical and biomolecular engineering?</p>

<p>What has happened in your situation so far?</p>

<p>All schools have received my transcripts except for UCLA, so I think there was a specific address that I must have missed. However, my SOP and recommendation letters were mailed and received. Enough time has passed for the transcripts to have been received two weeks ago, but I have confirmed that they are missing. This really bothers me because I think UCLA is my top choice, so I would be angry to find a negative outcome due to a technical error (as opposed to a performance weakness.)</p>
