How can they invite you to this open house for more information and then not accept you?? I don’t understand. Does anyone actually know what this means??

does anyone know of anyone (engineering applicant) who didn’t get a letter? i still haven’t heard of anyone not getting a letter, and it’s making me nervous 
@madvillainy I have not gotten a letter and I applied to engineering. Doesn’t seem to promising. I am OOS

From OOS. 3.8 (UW) 30 ACT and lots of EC’s ranging from choir, theatre, volunteering community service, student government secretary, and more. I just got wait listed at Davis, should I just stop hoping already for UCLA? Feels that way.

Chance me? UC GPA 4.21 SAT 2070 EC: 100+ hours volunteering at local library, french national honor society, internship at a biotech company, karate instructor. I got wait listed from SD and rejected from D, is there any chance in hell of getting into LA?

Just got the likely engineering letter.
Quick breakdown: 35 ACT, 3.9 UW GPA for all 4 years, 4.64 UC GPA, 800 Math 2, 800 Physics.
My D got the letter tonight at 6:56pm. We are in So Cal and she applied to Aerospace a Engineering. 4.0 GPA 4.7 weighted, 2050 sat. It seems like a ke a lot of ppl got the letter. I’m not convinced it implies acceptance yet!
Anyone apply to Davis?

Does anyone happen to know what time decisions are released? I know it’s next Friday 3/20 but are they released at 5 pm PST? Does anyone know when they came out last year?
@ineversleep Yes, we’re 99% sure they come out at 5 PM PST as everything they do is on Pacific time. Last year they came out on Friday, March 21st around 5 PM PST, I think. I’m positive about the date.
