For anyone wondering why they don’t do exactly at 5, its probably because it would crash the server. They do it a bit later so less people are going on at once.
CC keeps crashing- this is what happens when you put a bunch of sleep-deprived and stressed soon-to-be college freshmen on one website.

If I had a dollar for every time I refreshed the UCLA page in the past hour, I wouldn’t need a scholarship because my tuition would be paid for.
Of course, right after you realize the dream of getting accepted, there’s the cold reality of not being able to pay for it.

Seriously, CC is its own enemy, I’ve seen the Cal Poly SLO portal get taken down for awhile too by over refreshing. Just wait it out and you’ll be better off.
