Did anyone get off the waitlist already? My dad’s coworker’s son apparently got accepted off the waitlist yesterday. Is that even possible??
Honestly, @imthereal, please don’t accept a place on the waitlist “just for kicks.” There are some students who might not have the same padding as you do. Leave some space for those who actually really want to go.

Just attended an info session in Shanghai last night with admission officers (for both domestic and international students). They said that this year the overall admission rate is around 17%, while for international it’s around 14%.
I got emails from the Alumni scholarship telling me that i’ve moved onto the interview round
Does anyone have any idea why they called me. Since I’m probably not going to go there I told them that since they asked but now I feel like I’ve made a big mistake.
Has any international student received their acceptance letter through mail yet?
