Just out of curiosity, L&S says they don’t review based on major. However the freshman profile breaks down the data by:

Humanities	11,811	9.5%	4.39	4.72
Life Sciences	31,945	11%	4.42	4.73
Physical Sciences	17,032	15%	4.50	4.77
Social Sciences	36,322	9.3%	4.38	4.73

If L&S just reviews by application, how do they ensure that the class is not filled up by applicants who are all biology or Econ/ pol science majors…

Just curious

There aught to be some internal markers for the spots available for each major.
